How Keep Hustlin' Works
Ship your cards in. We vault, photograph, and list them. They sell. You get spendable Store Credit the moment the sale clears.
The Big Picture
Keep Hustlin’ is a community-driven, full-service consignment platform built by collectors, for collectors. Experience clean, transparent consignment with zero upfront fees. Here is how it works:
Ship: Send us your cards.
Sell: We securely vault and list them on Whatnot, eBay, or our Marketplace.
Earn: The moment an item sells, the proceeds land in your Vault Wallet as Store Credit.
Spend or Cash Out: Use your balance fee-free in our Marketplace, or transfer the funds straight to your bank at any time.
Step by Step
From submission to spendable credit.
Create Your Submission
Sign up free, fill out a quick submission form, and pick your service tier and sales route. There's no upfront charge — listing fees are deferred and netted from your sale.
Ship to the Vault
Pack your cards properly and ship to our facility. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and assign every card a barcode and a physical bin location, viewable from your dashboard.
We List Your Cards
Photography, descriptions, pricing — we handle everything. The route you chose decides where the card sells.
Card Sells
When your card sells, we apply the marketplace's platform fees, then take our commission from the net remainder — never from the gross sale.
Get Store Credit — Instantly
Sale proceeds land as Store Credit in your Vault Wallet the moment the sale clears. You can spend it the same day.
Spend or Cash Out
Withdraw Store Credit to your linked bank account.
The Two Routes
You pick per card. Move cards between routes anytime from your dashboard.
Whatnot
- When you select Whatnot, your card is added to our Whatnot Show Queue after intake.
- We pull cards from the queue for upcoming live shows. You'll see your queue position on the dashboard.
- Cards sell in 15–30 second live auctions to an engaged real-time audience.
- After the show settles, the net (sale minus Whatnot's ~11% + $0.30) lands as Store Credit minus our 20% commission.
- Unsold cards stay vaulted for the next show — no penalty.
Marketplace / eBay
- Your card is listed simultaneously on eBay and our own Marketplace — one asking price, two audiences.
- Same commission whether the buyer comes from eBay or Marketplace: 15% of net under $500, 10% at $500+.
- First buyer anywhere wins. The moment one channel sells, the other listing is killed.
- First 90 days on Marketplace are free. After that it's $0.01/day rent (auto-debited from credit) until it sells or you pull it.
- After 180 days unsold, we'll reach out about lotting or liquidating.
Your Vault & Ledger
Every card you ship in gets a barcode and a physical bin assignment. Every dollar in or out — sale credit, listing fee, cash-out, debit, refund — is a row in your ledger. Open the dashboard at any time to see exactly where your cards are and what your credit balance is doing.
If your balance ever goes negative
Unsold-eBay penalties, return-ship costs, or a sale reversal can push you below zero. We never charge your card automatically — your dashboard just shows the balance owed. Pay it down inline via Stripe, or let your next sale absorb it. Cards stay vaulted while a balance is owed.
Service Tiers at a Glance
Standard for bulk and best value. Express when speed matters.
Unsold, Returns & Disputes
eBay unsold
A $2 unsold-listing penalty is added to your ledger. We'll relist, lot, or return the card based on your preference. Return shipping is at consigner expense.
Whatnot unsold
No penalty. Card stays vaulted and rolls into the next show queue.
Return / dispute under $500
We absorb the cost. You keep your credit and we relist or return the card.
Return / dispute $500+
The net amount is reversed from your account and the card is returned at consigner expense. Same applies to anything found altered or inauthentic at any price.
Secure Vault
Cards are barcoded, bin-assigned, and stored in our climate-controlled facility.
Zero shilling
Bidding on your own listings is grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending credit, and return of inventory at consigner expense.
Abandonment policy
Negative balance over 90 days with no contact is grounds for liquidation of vaulted inventory to settle owed amounts.
